General

We do not share your personal data with any third party, except for security and servicing purposes, or when it is requested by law or court order. We will never sell your personal data to any entity for profit.

Data collection

Statistics

When you visit our websites, we wll collect some visitor statistics. These include information about the your IP address, the time you visit our websites and information about the browser and operating system you use.

This information is collected solely for security and statistical purposes and is not used to identify individuals. We use these statistics to prevent abuse, and to improve usability of our service. The information will be stored on our own server for a maximum of 6 months.

That said, we also honor your browser's "Do-Not-Track" setting, and will not store any information if this setting is enabled in your browser.

The information may also be shared with Google LLC as we engage its reCAPTCHA service for security reasons. This is necessary in fighting against abuse of our service so that we could dedicate all of our resources to better serve our users. You may check Google's privacy policy here. Do take note that we're using reCAPTCHA v2 instead of the most recent reCAPTCHA v3 as we believe reCAPTCHA v2 has less privacy concerns. We will always strive to reduce the information that we have to share with a third party, while maintaining the level of security.

Subscribe

You need to provide your email address when subscribing to our mailing list. We engage a third party service provider Mailchimp for mailing list services. Your email address will be sent to mailchimp and be kept on their infrastructure. You may find their privacy policy here.

Payment

We engage Stripe Inc. for payment processing. No personal information will be shared in this process.

However, the payment processor may collect personal information including your email, name, and billing address. This is necessary and a common practice for all payment processors, and is required by law. You may read their privacy policies here.

Do take note that the payment processor will store your personal information for security reasons. However, we will never store any of those information in any manner.

Access

We have strict restrictions on access to user data. Only a limited number of our employees or employees at our service providers for the server hosting service have access to such data.

We make sure all sensitive information are not access by anyone and are stored after secure encryption.

Transfer

No personal data will be transferred to third parties except as required by law or law enforcement, or when deemed necessary to assure continuity of our service.

Retention and deletion

When all purposes of the personal information processing have been fulfilled and when deletion is allowed pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, all personal information will be deleted.

Data Security

We are committed to safeguarding and protecting your personal data and will implement and maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to protect your personal data from accidental or unauthorised destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or access.

Procedures are reviewed regularly to ensure that the policies are followed. Any non-conformance regarding the policies will be corrected without unnecessary delay.
